Shipping Policy

All WINGS products are manufactured and assembled in Slovenia, EU. This policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and import considerations for both EU and international destinations.


Shipping Services

  • European Union (EU): Shipped via Standard road service.
  • International: Shipped via Express air service by default.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and are displayed next to each product.

Order Processing & Production

As our exhaust systems are produced to order, production only commences once payment is received. Orders are processed manually; you will receive a confirmation once your order enters the production schedule. When your product/s finished and the parcel is dispatched, we will provide a final confirmation with tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the importer (the customer) and are determined by your local authorities.

  • United States: HTSUS 8714.10.0050
  • Canada: HS 8714.10.0000
  • All other countries: HS 8714.10.40 or HS 8714.10.50

Delivery Terms

  • Address Accuracy: A complete shipping address and contact telephone number are required. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a depot, any subsequent re-delivery or return-to-sender charges will be passed on to the customer.
  • Damage: If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately to initiate a carrier claim.
